Nigeria Falconets Beat Sierra Leone 10 - 0

Nigeria's Falconets are almost certain of qualifying for next year's FIFA under 20 Women's World Cup,after thumping Sierra Leone 10-0 in the first leg of the qualifiers.
Four goals from Uchechi Sunday, two goals each from Halimatu Ayinde and Chidinma Edeji, and one from Patience Okaeme ensured an emphatic victory for the coach Peter Dedevbo side.

The Falconets were in total control from start to finish, with their Sierra Leone counterparts having no answer to their firepower.

Sierra Leone will host the Falconets in two weeks time, looking to overturn the 10-goal deficit if they are to make the qualification for next year's World Cup in Canada.
Nigeria lost in the finals of this competition to Germany in 2010,and equally made the last four of the World Cup in 2012 in Japan.
The Falconets looks set to join the Flamingoes in confirming their participation at a FIFA World Cup competition, with the Flamingoes becoming the first African country to qualify for the under 17 World Cup in Costa Rica, following the withdrawal of South Sudan from the qualifiers.
