Watch! Fernando Torres Bags 90th Minute Winner for Chelsea vs.Manchester City

Oh, Joe Hart, Oh, Matija Nastasic.
After a tight, tense affair between two of the Premier League's presumed title contenders, a defensive mistake from the Manchester Citygoalkeeper and his defender Nastasic saw the side concede a 90th-minute goal to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
The beneficiary? Fernando Torres.
The Spaniard rounded Hart and beat the desperately backtracking Martin Demichelis to slide the ball into the net from an acute angle, sealing a brilliantly dramatic 2-1 victory for Jose Mourinho's side.
It completed a remarkable turnaround for the Spaniard, who was guilty of a shocking miss in the first half of the match, moments before setting up Andre Schurrle for the game's opening strike.
Then, after Sergio Aguero's equaliser, his own moment of glory came just as the match was entering stoppage time.
It was a devastating moment for City, with Nastasic, Hart and Pablo Zabaleta stunned by the mix-up.
Mourinho, meanwhile, celebrated like only he can—getting into the stands with some of the Blues fans behind the dugout.

Mourinho says he went to celebrate the winning goal with his son, who was in the crowd behind the bench.
