Drake Says He Felt Guilt Returning to Memphis to Shoot "Worst Behavior"Video

Drake Says He Felt Guilt Returning to Memphis to Shoot "Worst Behavior" Video
Drake's new music video "Worst Behavior" is a cinematic return of sorts for the rapper. While the 27-year-old calls Toronto home, the city of Memphis played an integral role in raising him. As many know, he gets his Southern roots from his father Dennis Graham, who lives in Memphis. The 10-minute video directed by Drake and Director Xfittingly celebrates the city.
In an interview with Vibe Drake described his return to Memphis which also involved meeting with old friends and family. That part was a bit difficult for the rapper. "I have a lot of family that I love very deeply [in Memphis]. But if anybody knows anything about the South and how it is, it’s tough to go around people who could use your help and you can’t help everybody," he says. "It’s like a guilt or a burden that comes over me, so I hadn’t gone to Memphis in a long time."
"It’s always going to be tough," he continued. "It was tough during the video. You want to see everybody do well... Instead of running from it, I just embraced it and shot this incredible, beautiful video with my beautiful family and helped out as many people as I could while I was there. Now I can’t wait to go back."
