This is Brandi Cyrus, Miley Cyrus' older sister, but if you've been following the Cyrus family, seeking out another starlet to stalk since Miley's being all weird and creepy and generally unattractive with all her behavior lately, then you probably already know that.Brandi Cyrus showed up to tonight's American Music Awards looking like this -- AKA somebody Miley should be looking up to both in behavior and fashion -- and there basically isn't anything that Miley can do to show her older sister up. Except to maybe show up as Miley Cyrus circa 2010 or something. That might work.
