We honestly NEVER know what Miley Cyrus is going to wear to a red carpet event, but she never disappoints!
At the MTV EMAs, the 20-year-old paid, um, homage to two of the biggest rappers in history with a SUPER low-cut, lace-up custom vintage dress that featured the faces of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. on her boobies AND butt!
The front also read "violence" while the back side featured the words "please stop the." Aww! What a pacifist!
Checkered, peep-toe thigh-high Tom Ford boots completed the look.
Brace yourselves for her performance, y'all -- it's gonna be INSANITY!!!
