80s R&B singer Miki Howard's son Brandon claims he has proof that Michael Jackson is his father.

Michael Jackson has a 31-year-old son - at least that's what the man claims - and we're told he plans to go public on Thursday with what he believes is ironclad DNA evidence.

His name is Brandon Howard - the son of singer Miki Howard, whom Joe Jackson represented back in the 1980s. Sources close to Brandon tell us, Miki and MJ met in 1982 and Brandon was born soon after.

RadarOnline.com has all the latest in the case involving Rachel Canning, the cheerleader who’s petitioning a New Jersey court to have her estranged parents pay $2,600 a month in child support after the parties had a nuclear fall-out last fall over the teen’s behavior.

As we previously reported, one major sticking point between Canning, a senior and cheerleader at Morris Catholic High School, and her parents, retired Lincoln Park police Chief Sean Canning and wife Elizabeth, was their disapproval over the girl’s boyfriend, 18-year-old Lucas Kitzmiller.

The parents’ laundry list of complaints about the youth included allegations he’d had a detrimental hand in her suspension from school; and that the boy’s parents would drop off the drunken teen couple at all hours of the night. Her mother said in court docs that she became “obsessed with drinking every weekend as a result of dating him.”

Pfister was a well-known and well-liked member of the community in the small ski town and in her younger years “hung out with the Kennedys, Jack Nicholson, Cher, Michael Douglas,”  Page Six reported, adding that she was briefly engaged to Douglas at one point.

Pfister’s daughter, Juliana told ABC News, “How could someone just be so angry that they got kicked out of a house? There’s got to be something more. It’s hard to understand that.”

Singer Brymo wins as court lifts injunction against him

On Monday March 3rd, Brymo won round one of his court battle with his former record label Chocolate City, who took an injunction against him, 'restraining him from recording, releasing or distributing any musical works pending the determination of the suit against him.'

A judge sitting at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi lifted the injunction against Brymo, saying he's free to continue doing music and releasing his materials while the case continues hearing in court.

The presiding judge, Justice Buba I.N said Chocolate City can be compensated at a later period. "Since the plaintiff can be compensated at a later date, the defendant is free to carry out his duties as a singer so that none of the parties will be at a disadvantage’. the judge said

A 2-day hearing for the case has been slated for 19th and 20th of March.
