Rick Ross Says No Retaliation For 50 Cent Diss.. He Doesn't Deserve A Response

Sources tell us Ross won't retaliate for one simple reason -- he doesn't give a crap about 50 Cent or anything he says -- he thinks 50 is IRRELEVANT.

Beyonce's Dad: I'm Poor Now So Lower My Child Support

Mathew Knowles -- who once made millions of dollars a year as Beyonce's manager -- just got his child support slashed because his income has plummeted in radical fashion.

Knowles asked a judge to reduce the $12,000 monthly child support he pays to baby mama Alexsandra Wright, with whom he has a 3-year-old son.

Knowles -- who made $3 million a year before his daughter fired his ass in 2011 -- now says he pulled in a relative paltry $127K in 2013.
And, Knowles says, even though his income has been slashed, his expenses remain sky high -- $51,000 a month.  To make up the shortfall, he's liquidating his assets.

The family court judge apparently validated his financial plight, and reduced his child support to $2,485 a month.
Not great news for Alexsandra, who's been getting $300 a month in food stamps

What's the view about a woman not wanting to change to her husband's name?... the Chimamanda Adichie case

So because prolific writer Chimamanda Adichie asked to be addressed as a Ms and not a Mrs, some people are assuming she's separated from her US-based husband, Dr. Ivara Esega?

In an interview with Sun Newspaper on Saturday March 1, Ms Adichie told the interviewer who addressed her as Mrs Chimamanda Adichie, to simply call her Chimamanda Adichie.

“Before we start (the interview), please, I just want to say that my name is Chimamanda Adichie. That’s how I want it; that’s how I’m addressed, and it is not Mrs but Miss. Ms: that’s how I want it. I am saying this, because I just got a mail from my manager this morning. It seems that there are people who attended the church service, and they wrote about it, addressing me as Mrs. Chimamanda (Esega). I didn’t like that at all. So my name is Chimamanda Adichie, full stop!”

Is there anything wrong with what Ms Adichie said? If you go back to history, African women didn't bear their husbands name until the advent of colonization. They bear their parents name. And it's especially difficult if you have already made a name for yourself with your maiden name. Thoughts?

TRUE STORY: My past has caught up with me.. Do I confess?

From an Anonymous Reader:

While I was in school, I was 22 when I dated a 52 year old very rich man because I needed his money. He made sure we were as discreet as possible and I never got to know anything about him or his family, I only knew his name.

Fast-forward to seven years later, I met this gorgeous gentleman who has shown interest in taking me as his wife. Now he took me home to his mum and I discovered his late dad was my former sugar lover.

Do I tell him the truth as regards my relationship with his dad since love has no secrets or forget about it since the man is dead?
