Heidi Klum & Boyfriend Martin Kirsten Split

Back on the market! Heidi Klum and Martin Kirsten have split, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

The 40-year-old supermodel has called it quits with her bodyguard boyfriend after more than a year of dating. "He is no longer working with her or her family," the insider tells Us.

Klum first confirmed her relationship with Kirsten during an interview on Katie Couric's talk show in September 2012, shortly after she filed for divorce from husband Seal after nearly seven years of marriage.

"He's been with our family for the last four years . . . He's cared for our entire family, mostly for our four children, helped us tremendously." Klum said of Kirsten at the time. "I trust him with my children's life. He's a great man . . . and we just got to know each other from a completely different side."

Klum's divorce from Seal, 50, has yet to be finalized. The exes were spotted sharing a friendly kiss hello back in October while celebrating daughter Lou's 4th birthday together.

Klum told Couric in September 2012 that she and Seal had both moved on. "I do want to date again," she said. "I'm turning 40. I don't even know where it's going to go."
