The crash in December killed Hawaii's department of health director Loretta Fuddy.
The 65-year-old released Barack Obama's birth certificate in 2011 when the US President faced questions about his upbringing.
The clip was filmed by Ferdinand Puentes. The pilot and seven other passengers all survived.
