Recently engaged,Being Mary Jane star, Gabrielle Union revealed how she keeps her sexy figure while appearing on Conan Monday night, claiming that she keeps in shape by doing "The Porn Diet."
It all starts as Union talks about "butts." Unions claims to be an a** scout and says that actress "Jessica Biel has and amazing butt." The 41-year-old said her exercise and diet routine consists of watching and competing with adult film stars, who works out at the same gym as her.
Host Conan O'Brien asked Union whether she watches the film stars exercise, as she exercises on the stair-master, and Union replied saying, "Yep, and I'll be on the next one going, 'You're not getting off before me!'"
The Being Mary Jane star also said she gets weight-loss tips from the adult performers, while spying on them at the gym's juice bar.
"I'll watch and see what they're ordering," Union said, adding that they appear to be on a vegan diet based on what they choose.
So one must wonder, how does Dwyane Wade's fiancee know who her gym-mates are? The 41-year-old said to O'Brien, she recognizes them, which made the host quiet and pink in the face as he blushed.
