Simon Cowell has become a Valentine’s Day daddy — oh, the irony.
The sometimes cold-hearted singing competition judge had his heart warmed on Friday when girlfriend Lauren Silverman delivered their son at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
As Radar previously reported, Silverman went into labor early on the morning of Feb. 14 and Cowell, 54, immediately flew in from his native London where he’s currently filming Britain’s Got Talent auditions to catch the birth of his first child.
Cowell excitedly tweeted about the arrival of his little one, revealing the boy’s name — which is after his late father, Eric.
