Nicki Minaj is infamous for loyally rocking a colorful array of extravagant wigs, and it’s very rare that fans get to see the realNicki, but she is letting us closer, and closer.
Yesterday, the Queens native was feeling exceptionally gracious when she shared an array of shots showing off her natural hair in a sleek ponytail.
We’ve seen Nicki post her natural hair in the past, but it was typically a back shot, or one that didn’t show her face. This time, we got the whole she-bang and then some, with a look at her ponytail that was just about arm’s length.
And she followed up by giving us fierce face!

Gabrielle Union also decided to show what she was working with under her flawless weave. The actress posted a photo of her natural hair with a caption that read:
Ladies… You can achieve hair growth… With a weave! This is allllll mine, no clips, no extensions, hadn’t even been pressed…And it got this healthy thick legnth [sic] from responsibly wearing weaves. #weaveandflowletitgrow
Both Nicki and Gabby seem to be flourishing in the follicle realms thanks to protective styling.
