'Batkid rules San Francisco' went the headlines. Now, Batkid rules the online world as well with US President Barack Obama tweeting this picture as well.
Miles Scott 5, in remission from leukemia, managed to turn his obsession with comic book heroes into the real thing, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Thousands of people in San Francisco responded to social media calls and lined the streets wherever Miles and a full-sized Batman were in action.
A damsel in distress was rescued as the duo arrived in a Lamborghini and the Bat duo made their way through the city allowing Batkid to save the day, Hundreds of T-shirts had the famous Batman logo in support of Miles and uniformed police officers selling Barkid Ts for $20, all proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Twitter provided the @SFBatKid handle and since then the story and pics have gone viral.
