Justin Bieber's new music video for "All That Matters" is getting some mixed reactions!
The 19-year-old crooner dropped the video on Monday for his brand new single, after teasing fans with ashort (and steamy) clip last week.
Justin definitely seems like he's trying to make the same move as Miley Cyrus -- from child star to sex symbol -- but it doesn't seem like it's working out for him as well.
