On March 12, Chris Brown reportedly got kicked out of his Malibu facility for violating his probation and is now in jail.
Following almost four months of living in a Malibu rehab facility, Chris Brown was reportedly kicked out and picked up by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies to head to jail — but what did he do to get thrown out?
Chris Brown Going To Jail
Chris was reportedly thrown out of the facility on March 12 for violating “internal rules.” Chris’ violation did not include drugs or violence, but Chris was caught having “an inappropriate relationship” with a female employee earlier in March, sources told TMZ.
However, the relationship was not the reason he was thrown out. He was picked up by the L.A. County Sherrif’s deputies during the day, and this was the second time he’s been thrown out of rehab.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies were made aware of a warrant for the arrest of Suspect Chris Brown on Friday, March 14, 2014. At about 2:00PM, Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s deputies arrested Suspect Brown for the warrant at a location he was staying at in the city of Malibu. Mr. Brown was cooperative when taken into custody. He is being held without bail at the Inmate Reception Center of the Los Angeles County jail in downtown Los Angeles. The warrant was issued related to assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats crimes which occurred on February 7, 2009, in the City of Los Angeles. The incidents were investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department and prosecuted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. The warrant was issued for a probation violation related to his conviction.
Chris Brown ‘Hurting’ In Rehab
Chris had completed 90 days of anger management therapy, but after another hearing, the judge decided that he needed two more months off therapy and he went back into rehab.
“He’s going through some serious sh-t and he wants all his legals troubles to just go the f–k away,” a source close to the rapper told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the time. “It’s hard for him, he’s hurting. He’s got [two more months] of anger management to do and that’s fine. But this whole D.C. thing is looming over his head and he feels like there’s no end in sight. It is what it is. This too, shall pass.”
You may remember in November, Chris was thrown out when his mother came to visit and he threw a rock at her car for talking badly about Rihanna.
