Neymar hits hat-trick as Brazil trash Bafana Bafana 5 unreplied goals

Neymar hit a hat-trick on Wednesday as Brazil beat South Africa 5-0 at Soccer City in Johannesburg in what was the Selecao’s final Gillette Brasil Global Tour date prior to coach Luiz Felipe Scolari naming his final World Cup squad.

Oscar opened the scoring after just ten minutes, latching onto a wonderful pass from Hulk to expertly lift his finish over Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Ronwen Williams.

Neymar then struck either side of half-time to put Brazil three up.

Fernandinho then marked his first international appearance since 2012 with a ferocious long-range drive to put Felipao’s side well out of sight.

The victory was complete in the final minute when Neymar swept home Jo’s knock down to claim the second hat-trick of his international career.
