BEYONCÉ TO PERFORM AT GRAMMYS

Beyoncé

Queen Bey is going to the Grammys. Beyoncé will reportedly perform at the 56th annual ceremony later this month.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the 17-time Grammy winner will take the stage at L.A.’s Staples Center for her first televised performance in support of her self-titled album. Since its surprise release in December, the project hassold 1.5 million copies in the U.S.
Grammy Awards show producer Ken Ehrlich would not confirm Bey’s performance, but did not deny it. “Let’s put it this way … We have a really great history that goes back to the early days of Destiny’s Child,” said Ehrlich. “I love working with [Beyoncé]. She’s incredible. She is so into what it is that she does and making sure that everybody who sees her walks away saying, ‘wow.’”
He added, “Should she be on the show this year? I would think that the potential is there for that kind of moment.”

The 32-year-old singer and her husband Jay Z are nominated for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for “Part II (On the Run)” at this year’s show. She last performed “If I Were a Boy” and “You Oughta Know” during the 2010 telecast.
In addition to Bey, Madonna is expected to appear during a performance from one of this year’s nominees.
Other performers include Kendrick Lamar, John Legend, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Daft Punk, Pharrell Williams, Lorde, Metallica, Katy Perry, P!nk, Robin Thicke, and more.
The 56th Annual Grammy Awards will air live on Sunday, January 26, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
