*Dwayne Johnson has graduated from WWE Superstar to Hollywood’s most bankable star.
Media sources report that the entertainer, best known as “The Rock,” earned his newest title based on money made from four film he was in this year: “Fast & Furious 6,” “Snitch,” “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” and “Pain & Gain.” The features grossed a combined $1.3 billion in ticket sales, according to new listings.
Johnson’s top rating edged out last year’s most bankable star, Robert Downey Jr., who came in second place with $1.2 billion earned. Other moneymakers on the list for this year include Sandra Bullock and Steve Carell.
