Andre Ayew Voted Player Of The Month At Olympique Marseille

Ghana forward Andre Ayew has been voted Olympique Marseille’s Player of the Month for his impressive performances in the month of October.

The 23-year-old has been the most impressive player of the OM side despite their recent poor form.

The Ghana international showed his class again when he scored a late consolation for the French giants in last week’s Champions League defeat to Napoli.

He also scored in the defeat to PSG in the Ligue 1 top liner earlier in the month.

Ayew becomes the second Ghanaian within days to win the prestigious monthly award voted for by fans of the club.

He follows compatriot Kevin-Prince Boateng who also won the gong at German club Schalke.

The son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele will be presented with the award in Marseille’s next home game against Sochaux on November 10.
