Chris Brown's DC Brawl Spurs Probation Violation Investigation InRihanna Case, Could Mean 4 Years In Prison!

chris brown dc assault charges la probation rihanna possible revocation investigation
Breezy and his crack legal team dodged one bullet this afternoon, but more could already be on the way!!!
Chris Brown is still on probation for viciously beatingRihanna in 2009 and, as it turns out, these new Washington D.C. charges might very well be a violation of that arrangement!
The El Lay Probation Department is closely examining the newly filed charges this very second and, if they don't like what they uncover in the course of their investigation, his probation could get revoked!!

If that happened, the Turn Up the Music singer could spend up to FOUR YEARS IN PRISON!!! Wow!!! And that doesn't even include potential fallout from the new assault charge he faces!!
Interestingly enough, it was CB's lawyer Mark Geragos who informed the Probation Department of his client's arrest on Sunday.
After the department's official investigation concludes, the judge in charge of the RiRi case will read their report and decide whether the super successful singer's probation should be revoked.
Earlier today Chris was released from custody without bail. He pled not guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor assault.
