Chris Brown Countersuing Frank Ocean's Cousin Over Studio Fight

Chris Brown has responded to Frank Ocean's cousin's lawsuit with a lawsuit of his own.

The Chris Brown x Frank Ocean brawl aftermath seems to be never-ending. Although the fight happened last January, new developments concerning the fight are still coming in. Last we heard, Frank Ocean's cousin, Sha'Keir Duarte, was suing C Breezy for the injuries he sustained during the fight. However, Breezy isn't giving in that easy, now he's countersuing Duarte.

TMZ reports that Chris has filed a counter lawsuit, saying that it was Duarte who provoked the fight because he threatened to kill him. In his suit, Chris claims that Duarte punched and kicked him. The singer says that he attempted to avoid the brawl "with the aggressive and hostile Mr. Duarte."

Chris calls the lawsuit a simple shakedown for money, and says that the $2 million Duarte is asking for is absurd.
