Poor Usher is heading back tocourt!
And this time, it's for a work related incident!
WordsmithsZacharia Edwards,Mitch Moses andVince McClean are claiming they wrote the song Caught Up back in 2002, therefore accusing the 35-year-old R&B singer of stealing the huge hit!
Usher recorded a track nearly two years later by the same name and subject matter---so something seems a little fishy!
Apparently, the group played the jam for for an executive at Usher's label, Arista Records, and never heard from them again. Flash forward two years, and the same tune is a mega-success on the radio!
The guys are suing for unspecified damages, and hopefully this lyrical snafu will get all figured out ASAP!
Throw it back to 2004 by ch-ch-checking out the song they're feuding over after the cut..
