Michael Jackson's estate has figured out how to appeal that lawsuit against AEG -- by accusing tons of other pop stars of being druggies.
The estate, headed up by Jacko's mother Katherine, lost its huge lawsuit over his This Is It comeback when a judge in the U.K. ruled that the insurer couldn't be held liable because his drug addiction was to blame for his death. But now Katherine's lawyers are saying that the ruling isn't consistent with how AEG does business, because it insures a slew of other drug addicts.
But that's not it -- the new legal papers name names, including Britney Spears, George Michael, Van Halen, Kings of Leon and Aerosmith. And the estate's legal eagles want access to their private insurance records in an effort to see how they were treated.
